1. Refunds
A student is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, provided that payment has been made in full. However, products or services stated as non-refundable below will not be refunded.
A request for withdrawal must be submitted within two weeks before the commencement of the enrolled class. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Example of products and services:
Technology Support Fee: RM20
BPP Resources Fee: RM250 — Non-refundable
Tuition Fee: RM999
Note: The amounts shown above are based on the fees for the TYMBA Education P Paper Masterclass.
Other programmes may offer similar products or services, but the applicable fees may vary.
2. Course Transfer
A student may apply to transfer from one programme of study to another due to financial difficulties, health-related matters or other reasons. All transfer requests are subject to approval by TYMBA Education Management.
Fees already paid will be transferred to the newly enrolled programme.
If the previously enrolled programme has already commenced, the amount paid will be adjusted based on the normal price of that programme. The deduction will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the total number of hours of live classes conducted.
The student must settle any prorated amount immediately before access to the newly enrolled programme is granted.
If the new programme has a different fee:
The student may receive a refund if the fee for the new programme is lower than the amount already paid.
The student must pay the difference if the fee for the new programme is higher than the amount already paid.
Course transfers may include:
Changing to a different subject within the same examination sitting.
Changing the same subject to another examination sitting.
Changing to a different subject in another examination sitting.
3. Visa Applications
TYMBA Education does not assist students with visa applications.
Students are fully responsible for complying with all visa requirements stipulated by the Government of Malaysia in order to pursue their education with TYMBA Education in Malaysia.
4. Costs
Students are required to pay the applicable tuition fees, Technology Support Fees and Resources Fees stated in the relevant brochure, poster, image or programme information made available to the public.
If a promotion or discount is offered through a promotional code or link, the applicable terms and conditions will be communicated publicly or directly to the student.
The amount or percentage of the discount will be made known before the student completes the payment.

6. ACCA Result Service
A student’s relevant information may be shared with ACCA for its Result Service.
The Result Service collects student data to support the analysis of examination pass rates.
7. Dates and Access
Receipts and invoices
Students should receive an official receipt from TYMBA Education Group Sdn. Bhd. immediately or within 24 hours after payment. The receipt will be sent by email.
If an outstanding payment is required, a separate invoice will be sent by email within 24 hours after registration for the programme.
Instalment payment plans
Students who choose an instalment payment plan will be provided with:

The amount payable for each instalment.
Instructions for completing the payment.
These details will be communicated before the student makes any payment or commits to the programme. The payment amount and instructions will also be stated in the invoice sent by email.
TYMBA Education Group Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to revoke a student’s access to the online learning platform and learning materials if payment is not settled by the specified date.
Access may be restored after the outstanding amount has been paid, allowing the student to continue the enrolled programme.
Duration of access
Students will be given access to the online learning platform until the end of the examination week selected during registration.
Any alternative arrangement requested by a student is subject to approval by TYMBA Education Management.
Students will generally receive access to the online learning platform and learning materials within five days before the first live class, or earlier where applicable.
Additional learning materials may be provided throughout the programme. These materials may be:
Given directly to the student.
Uploaded to the online learning platform.
Delivered through another method communicated to the student.
8. Technical Requirements
Students must use a computer or another compatible device suitable for online learning.
The device should have access to Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, or other compatible word-processing and spreadsheet applications. Students may also need the TYMBA application to ensure a smooth learning experience.

The TYMBA Student Dashboard is accessible through supported web browsers on computers and laptops, including devices using common operating systems.
Access may also be available through iOS and Android devices. However, students are strongly encouraged to use a computer or laptop instead of a mobile phone for the best learning experience.

The TYMBA application is accessible through tymba.moxtra.com using a computer or laptop.
The application is also available on supported iOS and Android devices. Students may download the TYMBA App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Students are encouraged to use a computer or laptop instead of a mobile phone whenever possible.
9. Browser and Operating System
Students may access the online learning platform at tymba.moxtra.com using a compatible browser on a computer or laptop.
Mobile access is available on supported iOS and Android devices through the TYMBA application, which may be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
10. Internet Speed and Bandwidth
The following minimum internet speeds are recommended:
General browsing, quizzes, assignments, learning activities, chat and messaging
Minimum speed: 1 Mbps
File downloads
Minimum speed: 1 Mbps
Bandwidth usage will depend on the size of the downloaded files.
Video streaming
720p video: Minimum 1.5 Mbps
360p video: Minimum 600 Kbps
270p video: Minimum 300 Kbps
A faster and more stable internet connection may be required when multiple applications or devices are connected to the same network.
11. Complaint Policy
TYMBA Education students may submit complaints relating to academic matters, student affairs or facilities through the Complaint Form.
All complaints will be assessed and reviewed by the management within three working days.
Responses will be communicated to the student by email or telephone. Every complaint submitted will be treated as confidential.
